:: NEIL E. PILLER
Neil E. Piller was raised in the corn fields of southern Illinois. His desire to see something other than corn stalks led him to Yale University where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in English Literature. He completed his graduate education at the University of Colorado School of Law where he earned a Juris Doctor Degree and was a member/editor of the University of Colorado Law Review. Following law school, Neil was the legal assistant for U.S. District Judge O. Hatfield Chilson in Denver. He has been a partner and officer of Schey & Schey, P.C. and its successor, Schey, Piller, Alspaugh, & Wong, P.C. since 1973.
Neil's practice emphasizes personal injury work, including automobile accidents, wrongful death cases, and other types of accident-related injuries, as well as general litigation. His other areas of practice include commercial transactions, corporate and partnership organizations and consulting, estate planning and administration, construction and real estate law.
As the main litigator in the law firm with more than three decades experience, he provides his clients with personalized attention and service. In personal injury matters, he has been able to recover in excess of $11 million for his clients.
